Orders will be delivered by your local Postal Service or a third party courier. Please note LEYLALONDON and its delivery carriers do not operate on SUNDAYS or Bank Holidays, we dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. 

 PRE-ORDER POLICY

All pre-order designs are exclusive and made to order, therefore please allow 2-3 weeks from date of ordering for for these items to come into stock. Once the stock arrives your order will be dispatched via your chosen delivery service. In some circumstances your items maybe shipped to you directly from our international manufacturers. 

If you ordered more than one item it is very likely that you may receive them separately due to our multiple different manufacturers. No worries, each item will have it's own tracking number and the details will be provided to you in your confirmation email.
